Request Account Deletion
If you would like to delete your StillKoi account and all associated data, please fill out the form below. We will process your request within 30 days as required by data protection regulations.
What will be deleted:
- Your account information (email, username, profile)
- All meditation and breathing session history
- All wellness data and analytics
- All saved preferences, mixes, and rituals
- Subscription information (note: you may need to cancel your subscription separately through the App Store or Google Play)
After submitting your request, you will receive a confirmation email. Your account will be deleted within 30 days of verification.
